Ozzy arrived with Rubio as a part of our recent herdsire investment. We are breeding for color and he is a
beautiful chocolate brown with a black face and feet. He, too, is an unproven male at this point though it is
believed he may have successfully bred a female at the farm he was at before arriving here. We plan on putting
him to work towards the end of September with the one open female we have at this point- Herevia. She is an
experienced older female who should make Ozzy's unpracticed efforts a little easier. We have no histogram
history on Ozzy, but will have one performed in the spring of 2007.

Ozzy loves being hand fed. In fact, Ozzy simply
loves alpaca feed and will try to spit off other
males trying to eat , even when they have
separate feed bowls!

Alpacas need lots of fresh, clean water daily. Our
hot, humid summer days lead to frequent refilling of
the water buckets.
